From start to finish he was communicative and available to answer any questions. He made sure those viewing our home were qualified buyers and not just lookie loos. He took all necessary precautions and followed covid guidelines by providing masks, gloves and booties for those viewing our home. Our buyer was in process of selling their home as well and Raul made sure to keep us on timelines and updated us often which relieved some of stresses this entailed. Being experienced he was able to help the buyers Agent with critical knowledge to make sure all went smoothly. I would use him again and recommend him full heartedly.
