Paula went above and beyond to find our home in Temecula. Meadowview community was the only choice for us. She sent out flyers to 700 homeowners in the area, letting folks know she had a couple interested in living there. Only a handful of homeowners responded that were interested in selling. One of those homeowners had the perfect house for us. It took a lot of negotiating and special treatment to close the deal. Paula did everything she could to make the sale and transition easy for the seller and us.

I really would like to thank Lisa for helping us through this whole process, as a new home buyer I had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what I was doing and she helped my Mom and I through the whole process along with our other realtor. She bought my family lunch and is still continuing to help us even after Escrow closed. She recommended handymen and electricians and even set up a date to take out her new buyers for dinner. Paula was persistent in representing her buyer as well as our seller and carefully walked the line between the two encouraging both buyer and seller to continue to negotiate when it appeared the sale was not going to happen. The end result was completely satisfactory to both buyer and seller. We have remained in contact with the buyer who is holding a couple of items for us until we complete a modification at our new home.

Cyndi was an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! Her outstanding customer service, knowledge of the area, and willingness to help in ways I would never expect from a realtor are a statement to her character and professionalism. Buying a home in another state during Covid lockdowns is incredibly stressful. Cyndi exceeded all our expectations during this process. She provided fitting examples of homes that we might like in the area, was candid about the quality of the neighborhoods we were considering, and always was willing to get out to view homes we liked ASAP. This was critical in a tough market with homes getting listed and then offers made within a day or two. One example of Cyndi’s amazing customer service was after our first video tour of a home, my wife got a little motion sick. Cyndi went out and bought a steady-cam attachment for her phone so that every home tour after that, my wife could watch the video and not be sick. This is above and beyond customer service which aligns with everything else Cyndi demonstrated through our buying journey. Another example of her amazing customer service was an incident that happened after we closed. We were not moving in for 3+ weeks and learned that the sprinklers were on an automated Wi-Fi based controller. We lived over 16 hours away so we could not do anything about it. The home no longer had internet after the original owner moved out, so the sprinklers were no longer running. To make matters worse, this was in the middle of an extremely hot summer and the lawn was going to die. Cyndi drove out with her husband and manually ran the sprinklers for us until we could schedule internet installation. She saved our lawn, and it was green when we finally moved in. If we need to sell or buy a home in this area again, we will absolutely be utilizing Cyndi’s services again!
