Joanna was such a big help in helping us find our first/forever home for me and my family. She looked into homes that we suggested as well as providing us with listings that she felt fit our families needs. She toured 15 different properties with us and asked us questions about what we liked and didn't like about what we saw. Joanna was very knowledgeable about the properties that we went to view, as well as giving her own input about things to look for and possibly change if needed. She took our recommendations that we wanted to make sure that the properties that we viewed met at least a majority of our criteria. We were able to find a home that was within our price range that met all of criteria for example: minimum of 4 bedrooms, back yard, near the freeway, move in ready just to name a few things. She also came and checked in with us a few months after moving in and still checks up on how the house is coming along on a regular basis.
