Cyndi was an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! Her outstanding customer service, knowledge of the area, and willingness to help in ways I would never expect from a realtor are a statement to her character and professionalism. Buying a home in another state during Covid lockdowns is incredibly stressful. Cyndi exceeded all our expectations during this process. She provided fitting examples of homes that we might like in the area, was candid about the quality of the neighborhoods we were considering, and always was willing to get out to view homes we liked ASAP. This was critical in a tough market with homes getting listed and then offers made within a day or two. One example of Cyndi’s amazing customer service was after our first video tour of a home, my wife got a little motion sick. Cyndi went out and bought a steady-cam attachment for her phone so that every home tour after that, my wife could watch the video and not be sick. This is above and beyond customer service which aligns with everything else Cyndi demonstrated through our buying journey. Another example of her amazing customer service was an incident that happened after we closed. We were not moving in for 3+ weeks and learned that the sprinklers were on an automated Wi-Fi based controller. We lived over 16 hours away so we could not do anything about it. The home no longer had internet after the original owner moved out, so the sprinklers were no longer running. To make matters worse, this was in the middle of an extremely hot summer and the lawn was going to die. Cyndi drove out with her husband and manually ran the sprinklers for us until we could schedule internet installation. She saved our lawn, and it was green when we finally moved in. If we need to sell or buy a home in this area again, we will absolutely be utilizing Cyndi’s services again!
