Paula took great interest in what I was dealing with in selling my house and help me navigate through all the problems and red tape and then she was more then helpful in helping me find a suitable house that I could afford and watched out for me of any hidden problems. She is a terrific Realtor and has a caring person and now can say a good friend who I would use again if I needed.

Paula, was an exceptional agent in helping me sell my home and getting a price that was suitable and then making sure I found a house to buy that would feel my needs and want. She went the extra mile in all sales and buying and I would definitely use her again.

Paula went above and beyond to find our home in Temecula. Meadowview community was the only choice for us. She sent out flyers to 700 homeowners in the area, letting folks know she had a couple interested in living there. Only a handful of homeowners responded that were interested in selling. One of those homeowners had the perfect house for us. It took a lot of negotiating and special treatment to close the deal. Paula did everything she could to make the sale and transition easy for the seller and us.

Paula was persistent in representing her buyer as well as our seller and carefully walked the line between the two encouraging both buyer and seller to continue to negotiate when it appeared the sale was not going to happen. The end result was completely satisfactory to both buyer and seller. We have remained in contact with the buyer who is holding a couple of items for us until we complete a modification at our new home.
