Lily is very helpful and professional. She does her research and communicated with me throughout the whole process. She reaches out to you each week and also sends a list of updated homes for sale every couple of days for you to check out online. I ended up purchasing a new home. With her years of experience and her strong relationship with the builder's sales team, she got us the best price compared to other recently sold same model home as the one I bought.

Traci has offered excellent real estate advice to me over the past year. I am preparing to buy a home and I thought I had researched and knew everything there was to know. Let me just say, there are SO MANY nuances to buying a new home. Her willingness to share her experience and knowledge is irreplaceable. "Tom and Nurcys were very familiar with the properties in our area, and had great suggestions on how to price, stage, and market our property. Tom was extremely quick and thorough to respond to all of our questions during the process. I felt bad texting him questions on Sat and Sun, but still received quick and complete responses. The sale of our property was very smooth from our first meeting to the close of escrow. I wish I had known Tom, and wish I had used him to purchase our vacation property a few months earlier. We highly recommend Tom Grimes. The whole process was very smooth. Obviously no open houses, which we were fine with because it limited showings to only serious buyers. The negotiation was very good, a little back and forth but we got the price, extra time and conditions we wanted. Very very good, excellent. Conference calls with Tom, Nurcys, my two siblings and I were very good. Everybody's concerns were addressed. If you are looking for a Realtor to sell your home, there is no one better than Maria. Her approach to the process is very different than the any of my previous experience.
