My wife and I were visiting Santa Barbara and saw this home for sale. We called Traci and she got us an appointment to view the house that same day, even though there were back-to-back showings all day. There were 15 offers for this home and the sellers stated they were selling the home as-is, with no credits or repairs. With Traci, we bid below the countered price and won. After the inspections she negotiated a $10,000 credit for repairs. Traci is very professional, always quickly responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Olga has super fast responses to all our questions. Even if questions sound silly, she is very patient while helping us. At every visit of potential houses, she is often much more thorough than us in checking all the small details and advise her findings. I highly recommend Olga for your next house selling/purchasing needs

Buying or selling property can be scary right? You wish you had someone to help and guide you along the way, someone who knows the ins and outs. Well, Traci is that person you can trust like a friend who’s got your back. I have rental property that was pretty much destroyed due to a fire in the upstairs unit. My contractor said it would take 2 months to get it back in shape so my tenants stayed in a hotel. Traci said "oh no, you’re looking at at least 6 months”. Boy was she right as it took almost a year (wish I would have listened as it would have saved much grief). Throughout the process I ran ideas by her regarding things such as paint, cabinet choices, and upgrades, since my unit was gutted; she’s very knowledgable about trends and what-not! She also advised and helped me to to weigh the pros and cons of selling the property vs. keeping it as a rental. Although I decided to keep it as a rental for now, she continues to update me about the current market. To have her as a real estate professional watching out for you is priceless. Thank you Traci!

Working with Ramya was the perfect first time buyer's dream experience. As a first time buyer I had many concerns which she addressed and always got back to me in a timely manner and I strongly recommend her for home buying services.

Lily helped us purchased our first home, and we are very satisfied with the experience with Lily. Lily is very professional, helpful and patient. Since we were the first time buyer, we had very limited knowledge about the whole house buying process, Lily explained every single steps patiently, and provided a lot of good advices, not only just about the house buying, but also other details such as room painting, cleaning, house maintenance, etc. Lily is also very responsive as regards to answering any questions and providing updates, and usually can schedule house tour very fast. Overall, we had a very smooth and pleasant housing buying experience because of her, and will definitely recommend her to anyone needs a new home :)

“It was a blessing to meet Maria Yazdani and be the recipient of her knowledge with outstanding client representation, detailed marketing knowledge, and high-tech marketing solutions with her available resources. Maria is not just a realtor but she is a great realtor with a good compassionate heart to help the customers to any extent. She sold my condo during the peak of COVID-19 and assisted me in purchasing my new home. Maria always had a smile and was so quick to respond and get the job done. She deserves the highest praise. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Maria. She is the greatest!”

Martin and his staff took the time to get to know my wife and me while putting our home in the market. They were really knowledgeable and understanding. Martin took his time in explaining the sale process and addressing our concerns. We are very pleased and grateful for their dedication and they're prompt friendly responses to all our questions. We would highly recommend Martin to anyone interested in selling their home. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Thank you Martin.

Lily is very helpful and professional. She does her research and communicated with me throughout the whole process. She reaches out to you each week and also sends a list of updated homes for sale every couple of days for you to check out online. I ended up purchasing a new home. With her years of experience and her strong relationship with the builder's sales team, she got us the best price compared to other recently sold same model home as the one I bought.
