To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to offer my highest possible recommendation for Olivia Hanson of Realty One Group. After interviewing four other real estate agents, I am convinced that choosing Olivia Hanson was the best financial decision I could have made. In 2025, the real estate market faced significant headwinds. Interest rates had climbed to their highest levels in over twenty years, creating a difficult environment for sellers. Four other agents I consulted suggested a much lower listing price, citing the high interest rates and market cooling as justification. Olivia Hanson saw the value that others missed. While other agents focused on the economic challenges, Olivia focused on the property's unique strengths and implemented a superior marketing strategy. I created a difficult environment for handling the sale as I requested that the property not display a "for sale" sign. In addition, I did not want the property listed in a multiple listing service.
