Thomas Grimes

Tom was in frequent communication with us during the entire course of our transaction. His knowledge of the market was evident as he guided us through the determination of selling price, listing price, review of offers, preparation and determination of counter offers. He was able to offer valuable information related to competitive listings.

We had an excellent experience working with Tom as our realtor while selling our mother’s home in Irvine. My siblings and I all live out of state, so having someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive on the ground was incredibly important to us. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and guided us through every step of the process. He helped us get the home ready to list, recommended reliable cleaners, and coordinated staging and photography. He also helped us navigate HOA rules and requirements, which made the process much easier for us from afar. When it came time to negotiate with the buyer, Tom was a strong advocate for our family. He provided thoughtful guidance, communicated frequently and efficiently, and always made sure we understood what was happening and what our options were. Tom made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We truly appreciated his expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the best outcome for us. I would highly recommend Tom Grimes to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and dedicated realtor in Irvine.

Tom did an excellent job communicating with the landlord and leading us through the process.

Tom Grimes provided outstanding service from start to finish. His communication was seamless and consistently responsive, which made the entire process remarkably smooth. Whenever we had questions, he listened carefully to our concerns and always came back with clear, practical advice. What stood out most was Tom's honesty and deep knowledge of the market — combined with his warm, approachable personality, it gave us complete peace of mind throughout. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home!

I was entrusted with the sacred responsibility of settling someone’s estate, and it was my first time navigating the sale of a home. I am deeply grateful for Tom’s steady presence and guidance throughout the entire process. I truly could not have done it without him. I feel both grateful and blessed.

Never did we have to question what was next , always had answer for situations, communication was excellent, this was a difficult sale and many things COULD have gone wrong but Tom was ahead on the game . Highly recommended!
