Maria is absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us with repairs and staging our house super fast so we could list right away. Thomas began selling us, on his skills. We met long before the property was to be sold, he stayed in touch with market information, comps, and was available to offer opinion as we requested. When we went to market, Thomas was timely in delivering contracts, thorough, and flexible, all which instilled a trust between us, one well served in all our dealings with him. He brought a buyer to the table in short order, managed the details, looked after our interests, and closed the sale. And then he helped out on some personsl details we were unable to attend to. If I were to look at real estate in the So Cal area, I would call on Thomas Grimes, our experience with him as our agent was unflawed.

Thomas visited the house multiple times before we were ready to sell, and offered plenty of knowledge and info on homes and sales in the surrounding area. When we decided to sell, he was quick, flexible and thorough, and continued to take care of many matters that would have been difficult for us since we were out of state. It was one of the best experiences I've had selling properties multiple times in several states.

Danielle when above and beyond to make sure the home, the buyer and the seller were in the perfect spot to sell a home at the right time and price. For our home, there were major needs that needed to be done before a buyer would feel confident about seeing the house and putting in strong offers. Danielle gave the best advice and took the quickest and most effective/efficient steps to get things done. As a seller, I had such confidence the home would sell with all the work Danielle and her team did to get the home up and out to a good buyer. When selling a home, there are so many unexpected bumps in the round. Danielle's and her team took each action in such a quick and professional matter. She makes the buyer and seller feel like family as she works through everything in a personal and professional demeanor.
