Buying or selling property can be scary right? You wish you had someone to help and guide you along the way, someone who knows the ins and outs. Well, Traci is that person you can trust like a friend who’s got your back. I have rental property that was pretty much destroyed due to a fire in the upstairs unit. My contractor said it would take 2 months to get it back in shape so my tenants stayed in a hotel. Traci said "oh no, you’re looking at at least 6 months”. Boy was she right as it took almost a year (wish I would have listened as it would have saved much grief). Throughout the process I ran ideas by her regarding things such as paint, cabinet choices, and upgrades, since my unit was gutted; she’s very knowledgable about trends and what-not! She also advised and helped me to to weigh the pros and cons of selling the property vs. keeping it as a rental. Lily helped us purchased our first home, and we are very satisfied with the experience with Lily. Lily is very professional, helpful and patient. Since we were the first time buyer, we had very limited knowledge about the whole house buying process, Lily explained every single steps patiently, and provided a lot of good advices, not only just about the house buying, but also other details such as room painting, cleaning, house maintenance, etc. Lily is also very responsive as regards to answering any questions and providing updates, and usually can schedule house tour very fast.
