Tom kept in touch with me for 5 years or more, informing of market conditions. Never pushing me to list with him. He worked with us over a three month period to prep the house. His advice was always professional. He got us $30000 over asking. He is the best of the best. Collen was part agent, part contractor and full time cheeleader to get it done. She helped spruce up the place by hiring a painter, a landscaper and even oversaw the staging. Better yet, she was totally in tune with the market, knew when to list and how to price it. She understood the mindset of the buyer. She's a great combination of talents and was always on the other end of the phone whenever we needed to chat. Best of all, we made a lot of money with her at the wheel.
