Traci was able to get $60k over our listing price and was extremely thorough in helping us choose the right offer. She went above and beyond to ensure our house would sell above asking even helping us to stage and additional exposure on social media and large real estate websites. We were able to sell our house in less than two weeks, had multiple offers, and back up offers in case a few fell through. Highly recommend Traci and her excellent service.

This is not our first real estate transaction and I can say Kunal is by far the best agent we have worked with. Kunal went way and above my expectations. He gave us valuable recommendations and suggestions throughout the home buying process in every step. He knows how to get the best deal for his clients and at the same time, he gave us all the space/time we needed in this crazy market. He is very patient and understands how big a decision this is for us as a family. As a bonus, he also helps you in all home related needs after ownership! Thank you for everything, we couldn't have done this without your help. Really appreciate all you have done.

Without Tony's expertise, integrity and work ethic we would not have been able to buy our first home in this tough market. He made the process seamless; he went out of his way, he made it happen. If you need an outstanding agent who knows the market and above all is a good man look no further. Jaison & Donna

Of the 4 other realtors I have previously worked with, I had the best experience buying my first home in CA with Lily. True professional. Thus, I did not hesitate working with Lily again to sell the same house 11 years later. She didn’t disappoint. She made sure I had the house in proper condition prior to listing, including getting me general contractors to help complete finish work. Also, despite my skepticism, she pushed to have the house staged. I’m glad this was done as it transformed the house. Wow, what a difference. Lily also highlighted the lot size, potential for growth, all major selling points that differentiated my house from others in the market. Also, kudos to the Keller Williams team for the professional photos, brochures, listing, and quick escrow. Great job! My house sold for much higher than expected. Highly recommend Lily and KW!

Ramya is an excellent agent.she was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house. she was easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Buying and finding a house in this crazy market was not an easy task, anytime there was a house we wanted to see, Ramya moved fast as houses were flying off the market. As the first time buyers we had lots of uncertanities and hesitations but she was patient with us and helped us in understanding the whole process from start to finish and made sure that we were comfortable with the decision we made. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. There were some unexpected issues during the process but she handled them professionally and gave us the best solution. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

Maria was amazing. She was always available, always super professional, and her team is extraordinary. She marketed our house in a brilliant way. It sold the first Open House weekend with 6 offers, and 4 over asking. The whole journey took under 5 weeks! Yeah Maria! You rock real estate!

Danielle is super nice and knowledgable. She was easy to reach any day or time. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure all our expectations are met. She was super helpful in not only finding our condo in the location we wanted but also went out of her way to make sure everything is fixed. She even had her contractor change all the toilet seats without us asking for it and do touch ups on the walls. Danielle is very caring and did everything she could to make us happy with our purchase.
