We started the home search with Alia since beginning of June 2014. Two and Half months of continuous running and negotiations. 2. During the course of the search Alia showed high level of patience and professionalism despite the different emphasis of interests, and some time conflicting interests, of my family members. 3. With her we visited and considered homes in Huntington Beach, Signal Hills, Long Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Nigel, Lake Forest, and Mission Viejo. 4. We submitted four proposals including my current home in Laguna hills. 5. We noticed Alia was always inclined and encouraging us to buy our current residence. 6. Several times we considered pulling out, of the current deal because of the financing hurdles, if not for Alia's encouragement and persistence. 7. To the extent that I can comfortably say if not for Alia we would have not buy a home. 8. Alia also helped to push forward the lender to be more responsive and for fast processing of loan papers. 9. She was helpful financial loan advisor and connected me with other loan firms had my current lender failed to provide. 10. She was very considerate to the seller and keen to the success of the deal.
