Working with Traci to sell my rental property in Hesperia, CA was a positive experience that I did not anticipate. My son had a classmate from his childhood who was now a real estate agent with Realty One Group West named Traci Leigh Joseph------and even though she worked and lived a distance away from Hesperia, she accepted the job of selling the property. That turned out to be a wonderful blessing for us! Obviously, my goal was to sell this property and Traci jumped right in with both feet to help me achieve my goal. She went to Hesperia to assess the condition of the house, and found that it would require a lot of work. Since I primarily was interested in a quick sale, I did not want to put money into it. She listed it and promoted it so that it would receive the highest exposure to the real estate markets. We received several offers within a short time, and I was informed and consulted every step of the way. We had some ups and downs along the way, but the amazing thing about Traci is that she rolled with the punches, changed strategy along the way as needed, and made sure everyone involved was on the same page. My husband and I had been talking about buying a home for a long time. We would ask Traci questions and she was always there with answers and solutions to our concerns without pressuring us. She helped us understand what to expect to find in our price range. We finally found a home we loved! She delivered boxes, tape and bubble wrap to our front door, made sure our home was re-keyed the day we moved in and had the sweetest gift waiting for us.
