Working with Traci to sell my rental property in Hesperia, CA was a positive experience that I did not anticipate. My son had a classmate from his childhood who was now a real estate agent with Realty One Group West named Traci Leigh Joseph------and even though she worked and lived a distance away from Hesperia, she accepted the job of selling the property. Well, Traci is that person you can trust like a friend who’s got your back. I have rental property that was pretty much destroyed due to a fire in the upstairs unit. My contractor said it would take 2 months to get it back in shape so my tenants stayed in a hotel. Traci said "oh no, you’re looking at at least 6 months”. Boy was she right as it took almost a year (wish I would have listened as it would have saved much grief).
