We found our Havasu Dream home within minutes of it going live on Zillow. Only problem being, we were stuck at our home in Northern Ca while selling another property in Southern Ca. Sandy was our only link to the home we had been searching for. Even though we bought without physically seeing the property, she walked us through every step. From the FaceTime walk through to concerns of the sellers over the steep driveway being to much for our motorhome. This purchase was totally on her. So many phone calls, back and forth emails and inspections that she handled for us. I can not speak highly enough about her knowledge of the area, cost of living, expertise in her field and her amazing aftercare when the process was completed. She has been our go to for so many things. She even gave us a referral for a wonderful electrician when we wanted to add fans to our patio. In short, she is the only realtor that I would want to use or refer to friends and family who are looking to buy or sell in Lake Havasu City

We had the fortune of accidently running across Christine to show us a house when we were in Lake Elsinore for the weekend. She was very communicative and came prepared with lots of information for us newbie buyers. After the house showing she continued to explore what we were looking for so that she could prepare more viewings in the area. We actually loved the house that she had dropped everything to show us in mere hours. Christine walked us through every step of our purchase. She and her team were always very informative and ready to answer our questions, which we had many of being first time buyers. Throughout the whole offer, escrow process we felt completely secure that Christine went above and beyond and worked with our mortgage broker to make everything go smoothly. We always felt she listened to us, took an interest in our individual circumstances and did her best for us as her clients. We would definitely recommend her as an agent.

Best͏ Experience EVER! We cannot say enough about our experience with David Porchas! David listened to our concerns; answered our questions and provided excellent suggestions. While we were in escrow, we had an unforeseen emergency at the home. With one phone call, David was at our home with his tool belt on ready for action. He managed our crisis and calmed our fears. We were able to rest easy knowing David was on our side working for us. David was always available for phone conversations and made sure we understood complicated real estate jargon; as well as, the reason for what we were doing.
