He provided portable tables for our use during our estate and garage sales – delivering them to our door and picking them up when we were through. My siblings and I didn't have to think twice about the Open House or the private viewings; all the details were taken care of. Whenever a question came up, David promptly responded to my text messages, voice mail messages, emails or phone calls; he also took the time to explain things and provide clarification. With David's friendly demeanor, he was easy to work with; he was also punctual to our scheduled meetings, and always went out of his way to see that our needs were met. Thanks to David's dedication and real estate expertise, our home was sold in a very short time and at a remarkably good price. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience working with David Porchas, and would not hesitate to refer other potential clients to him.
