We had the fortune of accidently running across Christine to show us a house when we were in Lake Elsinore for the weekend. She was very communicative and came prepared with lots of information for us newbie buyers. After the house showing she continued to explore what we were looking for so that she could prepare more viewings in the area. We actually loved the house that she had dropped everything to show us in mere hours. Christine walked us through every step of our purchase. She and her team were always very informative and ready to answer our questions, which we had many of being first time buyers. He literally went above and beyond. At one point our home was broken into and we found large appliances prepped to be removed and stolen. David literally came to the home, with tools in hand, and help us secure the property, changed deadbolts and made sure we were ok. His advice and support was invaluable. David and his team worked together to help our escrow to close as expected and when it looked like we might incur extra fees because of a delay from the buyer he made sure that didn’t happen. Also, David was very experienced in handling the sale of our home we had placed in our family trust. This might’ve added some complexity to the sale but David knew how paperwork should be completed to avoid any delays. I can say the same about our entire transaction, David went over all docs with us before signing and caught and corrected errors created by the buyer’s agent that might’ve been problems later on. My realtor Melodee Esparza, Is the Best Realtor I have EVER worked with. Her knowledge in the real-estate market is Superior. If you sked her something and she didn't have an answer she would get one and in minutes you would have your answer. I was a challenge; I was doing a 1031 exchange. She had some knowledge about how it works, however her office was doing a class on it, and she went so she could help me understand the process. I wanted a place near the Beach to get out of the triple digit temps, I started up the Coast to Oxnard and Port Hueneme and ended up finding my forever home in Oceanside. However, I didn't get it, I guess it was not meant to be. So now I'm the proud owner of a Beautiful Condo in Canyon Lake, CA it comes with a boat slip so I'm very ecstatic. My son is also happy cause they can come to the lake and not have to go to the beach. I look forward to my future there. Melodee is excellent at what she does, and I truly believe she is more of a Ten Star rating than any 5 Star. I not only have the greatest realtor out there I have made a good friend for life.
