In addition, she is very kind and thoughtful. We consider her to be the best realtor one could have. Our property was quicky prepared for sale and likewise it sold quickly. The property was shown to four customers the day it was put on the market and there was an offer made by the next morning which we accepted. The final stages of the sale proceeded in an orderly manner.

We knew Tom was our guy from the moment we walked into the office! He was so personable! We weren’t really looking but curious about the market being our first full winter in Havasu. Tom explained a lot to us just in that first walk in visit. So that lead us back to him when we got more curious. Even knowing we may not buy right away, he took us to a wide variety of homes so we could really compare what we could get knew or existing. He never was pushy. He knew the market. He knew the price of things that we would want to add to the property if we went with the new build vs it already on the property in the cost of the home already. He was extremely helpful with his unbiased opinions that come from his years of experience in the business and his personal experiences.
