My need to sell came upon me very sudden as folks I knew decided to sell their house in Sebastopol California and I needed to sell my Huntington Beach house as I bought the house in Sebastopol and retired. Melodee had sold a house down the street and I had gotten her contact information, from that contact she prepared a most excellent set of documents and comp comparisons from which we priced the house and set out a sales approach. The house never even got to “Coming Soon” stage before it was sold at a price and terms I was very pleased with. Quite a load off of my mind as there was so much to do and this got it done so fast with excellent pricing. Thanks Melodee for all your hard work! She was always quick to respond to emails/texts/phone calls and never left me in the dark. She and her team are first rate.

Karen helped us in the complicated process of selling our home and buying a new home at the same time. She was always available to answer our questions, make suggestions, and impart her knowledge and expertise. She really stood out when the day before my husband and I left for a 4 day business trip, the buyer we had secured for our home decided to back out at the last minute. At that point we had found the home we wanted to buy and were in escrow, and she made sure to do everything she could so we did not lose that house. She busted her ass all week while we were gone, showing our home multiple times, taking care of our dog while people were in our home, and by the time we were on our flight home, she had secured a new buyer! She really helped us throughout this process, we couldn’t have done it without her, and working with the lender she suggested has been smooth sailing as well. Karen really knows hoer stuff, she works hard, balancing many homes and buyers at once, and she takes the time to make sure her clients are taken care of. I can’t recommend her enough!

Karen was spectacular, she is familiar with all of our nuisances that came with our home, and if she was unsure, she made sure to find the appropriate answer. Always put our interests for selling our home, and buying our new home first. Her knowledge of all the real estate guidelines, laws, bi-laws, procedures, processes, deadlines were always met with options, and ample time to complete and swaths of knowledge from past experiences. We were buying a new home to increase the size for our family, and two work-from-home adults. We found a buyer, who backed out at the last minute, after stringing us along for a week and we had an open offer on the house of our dreams. Karen was able to find a new buyer, and work with them to shorten the escrow process so we could keep the home we wanted to buy. Everything by the book, and always with a sense of urgency.
