Karen helped us in the complicated process of selling our home and buying a new home at the same time. Always put our interests for selling our home, and buying our new home first. We were buying a new home to increase the size for our family, and two work-from-home adults. We found a buyer, who backed out at the last minute, after stringing us along for a week and we had an open offer on the house of our dreams.
