David brought a sense of calm and order to our home sale experience. As we’re moving out of state, having the stability of clear communication, knowledgeable advice, and prompt responses was key to being able to plan, coordinate — even just sleep at night! Excellent exposure and photography, 40+ signs out for our Open House, Colorful banners, even speakers with background music for a wonderful viewing experience. We sold the house in 3 days, full asking price, which was well over market estimates. Paperwork was electronic and painless. From listing to inspection to closing…our experience was comfortable and peaceful. Could not ask for greater support. We truly felt like we had an advocate. And, we made a dear friend.
