Absolute͏ best! I can’t praise David enough. Through every step of selling our home, David kept us informed, he told us everything we needed to know to make the best decisions possible. He literally went above and beyond. At one point our home was broken into and we found large appliances prepped to be removed and stolen. David literally came to the home, with tools in hand, and help us secure the property, changed deadbolts and made sure we were ok. His advice and support was invaluable. David and his team worked together to help our escrow to close as expected and when it looked like we might incur extra fees because of a delay from the buyer he made sure that didn’t happen. Also, David was very experienced in handling the sale of our home we had placed in our family trust. This might’ve added some complexity to the sale but David knew how paperwork should be completed to avoid any delays. I can say the same about our entire transaction, David went over all docs with us before signing and caught and corrected errors created by the buyer’s agent that might’ve been problems later on.
