My realtor Melodee Esparza, Is the Best Realtor I have EVER worked with. Her knowledge in the real-estate market is Superior. If you sked her something and she didn't have an answer she would get one and in minutes you would have your answer. I was a challenge; I was doing a 1031 exchange. She had some knowledge about how it works, however her office was doing a class on it, and she went so she could help me understand the process. I wanted a place near the Beach to get out of the triple digit temps, I started up the Coast to Oxnard and Port Hueneme and ended up finding my forever home in Oceanside.
