RoyLynn is truly talented, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is the first time my husband and I have sold a home. We didn't have a clue what the current trends are or what would make our house more appealable to a buyer. RoyLynn came in and gave us advice on little touches that we could do to make our home more appealable to a buyer, like fresh paint, taking out a huge medicine cabinet in a very small bathroom and replace it with a mirror, changing out the shower curtains etc. All of her suggestions made a huge difference in the appearance of our home. Just changing out the huge medicine cabinet really did make the bathroom look bigger and airy rather than closed off and dark. RoyLynn always had our best interest at heart and knew what our goals were. She always kept us up to date on the status of the sale of the house. She made us feel like we were her only client and very important. She was always available to us with our billion questions. We never once had to ask for a status update because RoyLynn would let us know what was happening, ie., home inspection is on X day; you'll be receiving X documents via email for DocuSign and if you have any questions let me know; spoke to the lender and loan is processing etc. We always knew what was happening and the status without having to ask even once. We just can't say enough wonderful things about RoyLynn. She's truly amazing. We would HIGHLY recommend RoyLynn and have; now she's selling our friends house.
