Josh is great! In the purchase of my condo I looked at several places as I could not find exactly what I wanted and Josh was always available to show me any unit as many times as I wanted. He also went out of his way to help me in other aspects of my purchase that were not his responsibility. I am referring in particular to legal matters related to the contract and the closing documents. I have always used a real estate lawyer for all my other closings, but I did not on this one because Josh took care of checking everything for me and that was not his job. Josh is also very professional and great at communicating no matter what time of day. I highly recommend Josh for any real estate needs you might have wether it is buying a property or selling it.

Josh is an excellent realtor. He sold my condo and made the experience for me seamless. He was super professional and ready to promptly answer any questions at any time. He did a great job at marketing my property instate and out of state and he also hired a professional photographer who took great photos of my place. He showed a lot of knowledge of the legal aspects of the contract to the point that I didn't feel I needed to hire a lawyer to review the closing documents.
