Long Bui

Home buying is stressful and from out of state is more stressful. Everything fell perfectly into place but one. That one set back turned Long into not only a great realtor but he’s now a therapist too! He talked me through tears several times and was always positive with the little delay we endured. He was fast with the emails, messages and questions. Long is the kind of person that I want my friends and family to work with, he does not pressure you like some people do, he’s very calm, cool and collected. When you have Long as your realtor you know you’ll find your perfect home and a new friend.

Where do I even start. I met Long by chance at an open house he was having. Was so wonderful to talk to I took his card. At time we just started the looking process of relocating to Central FL. We were in talks with redfin at the time but no kind of connection. Just the conversation alone with him felt he knew what were trying to do. He had no idea we would become his clients. But still gave us some insight on things. At the time we had no idea when we could make it happen.Needless to say when we arrived home. My wife I were talking and we’re like we don’t know when this will be a thing but let’s try talking to Long. So we did he understood whole situation. No real time frame just hoping to one day do it if the market was right to sell back in NH. He kept in touch as we continued everyday life up there. And when we would plan a trip when we could. We’d reach out and ask if he could show us a few places. As we were still unsure where we wanted to try and be. Well the day came we decided to put our home on market. Told him the exciting news. We then knew we’re focusing in on Mt. Dora area. We came down in hopes to look at a place. But unfortunately the seller had visitors at the home staying. So we flew home unable to see it. But when we got home the news came we had a buyer. The posting of the particular house looked great we thought we really liked it. The realtor sent us a walkthrough we pretty much felt the same. But the connection we made with Long. And how well we got to know each other. We asked if he would go do a walkthrough and FaceTime us. He gladly did but as well as he knew us. What we wanted it wasn’t the one. At this point we knew we sold. Little panic and unable to get down. We completely relied on Long to see things and continue FaceTiming. So lets fast forward we found a place. Even able to airbnb it til we closed. But then came a hiccup complete panic our end. Mean while Long kept us calm as he could🤣.Closing was so smooth.Love him is the best!

Long is a great communicator and listener. He acts professionally and promptly with respect. He put his time and effort into his work and he values and respect our decision as well. We are so grateful to have him as our realtor. Thank you Long!

I cannot thank Long enough for all of his efforts in getting our dream home acquired. From start to finish he was always there when I needed him, making sure all of my needs were met, questions were answered, and making the entire process a very smooth one indeed!
