I would highly recommend Rob for both the buy or sell side of a transaction. He was the listing agent for the sellers and we felt completely comfortable working with him directly. He created a Win-Win-Win for all parties involved in a very competitive and challenging real estate market.

Long is a very attentive agent and that also has a wide breath of knowledge in real estate of the area. This was great as a first time home buyer because it allows us to make well informed decisions through the complicated buying process. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I are very new to Tampa area and we were looking for someone who could assist us in purchasing our very first home. Luckily, we found Mr. Long Bui to help us to purchase our dream home. From the beginning to the end, our experience was absolutely wonderful with Long. He was very great with communication, always punctual, patient, and super friendly! The journey of purchasing a new home at this time might be stressful but I guarantee you, with Long, you will worry less! My husband and I never once felt that Long was rushing us to buy a house, he was there not to sell, but to serve what our family needs. He always answered our every call and questions we had no matter what time of the day it was. We couldn't thank Long enough for helping us to find our dream home. We closed with our brand new home with ZERO DOWNPAYMENT, ZERO CLOSING, & LOW INTEREST RATE! The best part of this buying experience is, we now have a new FRIEND in the area and hoping our friendship will continue to grow!

This was the first time my husband and I sold a home and we are completely satisfied with the realtor services provided by Aprilyn. She made it so easy. She let us know what to expect at each stage and was so patient and responsive to our many "first-time seller" questions. Aprilyn also provided us with great information as we were reviewing offers. We felt truly supported and attended to throughout the entire process. Thank you again Aprilyn!

Recently my wife and I were looking for a property here in Florida where the market has been very busy and competitive. Long worked closely with us all through the process. We looked at many properties and even made several offers before we found the exact right fit. The whole time Long was not only supportive and knowledgeable, but he knew exactly what we were looking for, negotiated masterfully on our behalf and gave us great insight into the market and the process. I have a very busy job and Long did tremendous work behind the scenes to keep everything moving once we found the right property and were in contract. A real estate purchase can be stressful but working with Long was not only peaceful but also enjoyable and thorough. Long is very talented in not only knowing the market but also knowing exactly what his clients want then getting them the result they are looking for. I highly recommend Long to be your agent if you are looking to buy or sell real estate.

Virginia was very knowledgeable and patient. I was seriously injured and she waited for me to get home from the rehabilitation hospital. Very soon after she found my current home. Virginia is a pleasure to work with.
