Josh is an excellent realtor. He sold my condo and made the experience for me seamless. He was super professional and ready to promptly answer any questions at any time. He did a great job at marketing my property instate and out of state and he also hired a professional photographer who took great photos of my place. He showed a lot of knowledge of the legal aspects of the contract to the point that I didn't feel I needed to hire a lawyer to review the closing documents. Josh Martin reached out to me when he saw my ad to sell my condo as FSBO, "For Sale By Owner". I did receive numerous agent calls but chose to answer Josh's call. He told me that he has several clients looking in the Bradenton area for a home and that he would be glad to talk to me regarding the advantages of listing my condo. I explained to him the reason I was doing FSBO because I was relocating and had only owned my condo for 1 and 1/2 years and felt that I wouldn't be able to to pay a agent fee and pay off my existing loan. I agreed to meet with Josh and decided to list my property with him and absolutely was ashonished in that the next day after the listing came out - we had a cash buyer, as well as, several other offers.
