We got out of our contract from our previous realtor due to gross mismanagement. Julianna took our bad home sale situation and completely turned it around! I could not imagine another realtor being able to pull off what she did.

My Husband and I were looking to relocate to St Pete and Rob was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful not only in showing us properties but also in helping us familiarize ourselves with the area. He is absolutely wonderful to work with. Rob went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property and truly cares about his clients. He is professional, honest, patient, thorough, extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Rob has treated us with that special touch of making us feel as if we were his only clients. Happy to say he helped us in purchasing exactly what we had been searching for and was able to negotiate a better price than anticipated! It is so important to have someone working for you that you can depend upon. We feel that we gained a good friend, not just a realtor! We highly recommend Rob Osborne, he is the best of the best!
