When I first got in the market to buy my home, one of the first things I did was spend hours researching realtors in the Tampa Bay Area. I quickly realized I wanted to work with a licensed real-estate broker. I found Virginia’s profile on LinkedIn and Realtor.com. Her education and experience made me give her a call. After talking to her on the phone, I knew I found the right person to help me get my new home. I was not in a rush to buy and was very picky but Virginia never pushed me on anything and was always available the same day if I saw a property I wanted to go see. Even after I backed out of a couple offers, she was still amazing and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Virginia always knew about the comparable properties and came prepared to each house we looked at with a print out of all the MLS information. She even gave me her first-hand experience from her own home which helped me through the process of being a first-time home buyer. One time, on her way to show me a property, Virginia popped a tire and had to have her car towed. Given how crazy the market was with homes being sold within days of being listed, she still managed to meet me that same day to look at the house. I would highly recommend Virginia to anyone in the market for a new home. Her property and contract knowledge put her on a different level than the other realtors we worked with during our year long buying process. Her patience and honesty are what will make me continue to work with her and refer friends and family to her.

I can say that Virginia is very knowledgeable, In the process of buying our first house was a easy peace since Virginia guided us very well in every step. She was very patience with us, helping us find the best options. She listen to us in our desires and she gave her best to accomplish all of it. Many months of hard work but in the end was worth… everything turn how we expected. She helped us in the process on fixing our Credit , she guided us in the program of first home buyers, finding a good bank that qualifies with our process , she did much much research in houses until finally we decided for one , getting a appraisal and more. She was with us until the end, and we are very grateful that she was our realtor because we found what we wanted and everything was smooth and enjoyable.
