Briana grew up in a small town in South Arkansas, graduated from Woodlawn High School then attended Ouachita Baptist University majoring in Family & Consumer Sciences/Interior Design before starting her Real Estate career in 2017 and with several years in Restaurant and Retail Management, including multi-unit management, transportation and merchandising, plus managing daily operations helped pave the way for managing a Real Estate Brokerage. While Briana still loves the excitement of helping first time homebuyers navigate the process step by step and seasoned Buyers that can gain more knowledge, especially if they're experiencing the simultaneous selling and buying process, she will now also be able to mentor newer agents hands on to find their passion and begin guiding buyers and sellers. Now with a focus on new agent training alongside the Learning & Development team to develop agents skills and provide growth for experienced agents when working with Buyers and Sellers. Briana has the Military Relocation Professional and At Home with Diversity certifications, Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation and the NAR Commitment to Excellence endorsement. As a second generation realtor and Arkansas native, I joined the Northwest Arkansas real estate field in 2019. During my career I have worked in various roles in real estate and have overseen 30 million in volume. Carey is AMAZING!!

My 18yr old daughter and friends walked into an open house looking for a rental property for their 25-26 school year. Carey did not blow them off because of their age, she even took them to see more potential rentals. We decided buying would be a better option, so leaving the showings up to the girls Carey worked with their schedules and finally found one everybody loved. We are out of state so we depended on Carey for everything. She was incredibly helpful from inspections, working with title, checking on the house before closing to make sure everything was right and so much more; I could go on and on. We appreciated her dependability, her professionalism, and all the ways she went above and beyond. Carey is an excellent agent who truly cares about her clients. Well done Devin!

Our rental house had been thoroughly abused by the last renter and we decided to list it for sale. Devin gave us excellent advice on how to prepare it for sale. She was current on market conditions for similar properties and neighborhoods. Together we decided on a listing price and Devin kept us informed about each showing. We accepted a cash offer and closed within three weeks.

Wonderful experience for this first time buyer

Devin took the time and consideration to help me find the perfect first home to buy. We looked at plenty of potential homes and she was able to give me a better picture of each place beyond just the appearance. She had my best interest in mind when informing me of new listings and was incredibly easy to schedule showings with. As a new buyer, I had a plethora of questions ranging from surface information about the house to more in depth questions on the process moving forward and she was confident and friendly with answering ALL of them. This experience gave me the confidence to finally close on my first home and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for somewhere to live in the area!

Selling an out of state property remotely

Devin made a stressful real-estate transaction doable. I was selling my home in Arkansas from my Texas home location. In the middle of the listing, my Arkansas home had a major water leak that required me to repair and replace both a bathroom and kitchen floor. The time required for the repairs was lengthy. Devin made herself available to let contractors in and out of the house. After repairs she did a new market analyses reflecting changes in the market so that our listing significantly increased the asking price of my home. We were able to sell my home within a week of the updated listing for a sum over our asking price. After the buyer's home inspection, Devin explored cost of the agreed upon repairs and suggested approaches to have those repairs made. During the entire home selling process, she was available by text or phone and prompt in responding to my questions. Devin was a delight to work with during the entire process and maintained a professional, friendly attitude even when I responded in stressed out mode. Thank you, Devin, for your professionalism and attention to detail.

Devin is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients!

Devin seems to know all of the ins and outs of real estate! She answered all of our questions, truly listened to what we were looking for, and found us our perfect forever home. She went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. Devin is very thorough and her care for those she is helping find homes is clearly evident. She is also great about responding quickly and communicating often during the house hunting/buying process. I would recommend Devin to any family member or friend and trust that she would take wonderful care of them.
