I had a great experience working with Lance throughout my home-buying journey in NWA. Since I spent most of my time working remotely, Lance helped me narrow down the best locations and home types to fit my needs in the NWA area. Lance was always available for virtual tours as well as my many visits to the area. The virtual tours made the entire process so much easier and allowed me to make progress even while working remotely. He communicated very well through text, email, video meetings, and phone calls, and he was always responsive whenever I needed him. Lance provided sound guidance and was extremely patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his professionalism, availability, and willingness to help every step of the way. I would highly recommend Lance to anyone looking to buy a home in the NWA area!

Wayne was very helpful in helping us buy our home as first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain each step during the buying process so that we always were in the loop and helped keep us on track when things were a bit overwhelming. He toured homes with us over the span of several months, in multiple different areas, and was very helpful during the walk throughs- while my husband and I were looking at the home through the lens of if we could see ourselves living there, he was looking for any issues we may need to know as a potential buyer and pointing them out to us so we could make the most informed decision (electrical issues, water damage, etc). He was also very quick to reply to any messages we sent and readily answered all of our questions. He makes himself available for his clients and any time we asked him to do a tour or second walk through he always made it happen and we appreciated that as our work schedules sometimes had us doing tours at weird times. Wayne was excellent to work with and we would definitely use him again in the future, you can tell he truly cares about his clients and the home they end up in.

We loved working with Jordan! We were buying the house from out of town and Jordan was so helpful by going over and measuring things for us. She was so personable and shared lots of insight about the neighborhoods. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in Fayetteville!
