Wayne was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to show us a lot of houses. He was helpful and always brought comps of other houses in the area so we knew how well it was priced. He was patient with my wife and I as we looked at A LOT of houses. My 18yr old daughter and friends walked into an open house looking for a rental property for their 25-26 school year. Carey did not blow them off because of their age, she even took them to see more potential rentals. We decided buying would be a better option, so leaving the showings up to the girls Carey worked with their schedules and finally found one everybody loved. We are out of state so we depended on Carey for everything. She was incredibly helpful from inspections, working with title, checking on the house before closing to make sure everything was right and so much more; I could go on and on. MC was very prompt with communication. I could text him on a Saturday or Sunday and he would reply within the hour. He never pressured us to make a decision we didn’t want to and even gave us helpful suggestions to make the house more appealing. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with MC and the home selling process.
