My 18yr old daughter and friends walked into an open house looking for a rental property for their 25-26 school year. MC was very prompt with communication. I could text him on a Saturday or Sunday and he would reply within the hour. He never pressured us to make a decision we didn’t want to and even gave us helpful suggestions to make the house more appealing.
