He was amazing! He helped buy our dream house even under a tight time crunch. He was so responsive and worked late to make sure things got done on time. He was so relatable and didn’t think our dreams were silly, instead he helped us achieve them. He is definitely worth working with! He got the sellers to cover the closing costs. Everything went better than I expected. He was so clear and helped us to remember to calm down when we got stressed or overwhelmed. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience working with my realtor Jody during the recent sale of my home. She was always available to answer my questions, communicated clearly, and responded in a timely manner throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and I really appreciated how well she worked around my schedule and made everything as convenient as possible. She did a great job guiding me through the sale, keeping me informed, and helping with negotiations along the way. Selling a home can be stressful, but she made the process much easier and I always felt like I knew what was happening. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Lance went above and beyond when negotiating for us. He was super honest about the process and the houses that we were looking at. We looked at a lot of homes before we found our own. He was very patient with us and responded very quickly to all communication. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor!
