Because of all that, we were under contract within about 4 days. When the time came to make offers, he demonstrated deep knowledge of his market and delivered extremely favorable terms for us. I started looking in mid-January, closed on 2/20, and am moving in on 2/28. Brock got me into my dream house 300 miles away in 6 weeks flat.
