After showing interest and scheduling a tour, Deja immediately reached out and asked what type of communication I preferred. We toured a few houses but I immediately knew which one I wanted to purchase. Being a first time homebuyer, I needed my hand held and she did just that! We had several negotiations back and forth with the seller on items to fix after the inspection as well as closing costs. She did an outstanding job with my best interests on all of those issues and was able to resolve! I did the majority of communication after standard business hours and she was so accommodating! She is very positive, knowledgeable, professional and energetic which is just what I was looking for! I would 100 percent recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
