Me and my wife worked with Blayton for months. If we discovered a house we were interested in, Blayton scheduled the viewing and coordinated with us effectively and efficiently. At one point we explained to Blayton that we intended to build instead, and he didn’t pressure us at all to buy, he just wanted what was best for us. We decided to buy, and Blayton was a major help with the paperwork, making the process easy. He explained what the documents were, what we needed to look out for, and what was good and bad. Without Blayton, the home buying process would have been extremely more difficult and complicated and we couldn’t have done it without him.
