Devin made a stressful real-estate transaction doable. I was selling my home in Arkansas from my Texas home location. In the middle of the listing, my Arkansas home had a major water leak that required me to repair and replace both a bathroom and kitchen floor. The time required for the repairs was lengthy. Devin made herself available to let contractors in and out of the house. After repairs she did a new market analyses reflecting changes in the market so that our listing significantly increased the asking price of my home. We were able to sell my home within a week of the updated listing for a sum over our asking price. After the buyer's home inspection, Devin explored cost of the agreed upon repairs and suggested approaches to have those repairs made. During the entire home selling process, she was available by text or phone and prompt in responding to my questions. Devin was a delight to work with during the entire process and maintained a professional, friendly attitude even when I responded in stressed out mode. Devin seems to know all of the ins and outs of real estate! She answered all of our questions, truly listened to what we were looking for, and found us our perfect forever home.
