Lou and Deb are the pros that we wanted. Ours was a somewhat unique home that required some realtor experience to find not only a buyer, but a buyer that we felt would love the home as much as we did. As the title says, my experience buying a house with Lou was exceptional. Lou was at all times professional, respectful and helpful, and I never had an unsatisfying interaction with him. He's a great communicator and was always in touch, even during those down periods of the process where nothing much is happening. He was able to understand the type of house I was looking for so well that when my dream house listed, he knew right away that it was the one, and within an hour I had a showing scheduled.
