Lou and Deb are the pros that we wanted. Ours was a somewhat unique home that required some realtor experience to find not only a buyer, but a buyer that we felt would love the home as much as we did. Lou understood our requirements and the market, and worked with us on pricing and expectations. He even remained a total professional during my grumpy periods! In the end, Lou helped us work out a creative agreement that satisfied the buyer and us. In fact, the closing was actually enjoyable with buyer, seller, and staff joking and laughing, which apparently is not typical! And Deb is so outgoing, positive, and energetic. She gave up multiple weekend days for the open houses and smiled the whole time. We have been working with Lou for many years and will continue to do so in the future.

As the title says, my experience buying a house with Lou was exceptional. Lou was at all times professional, respectful and helpful, and I never had an unsatisfying interaction with him. He's a great communicator and was always in touch, even during those down periods of the process where nothing much is happening. He was able to understand the type of house I was looking for so well that when my dream house listed, he knew right away that it was the one, and within an hour I had a showing scheduled. He has an extremely strong understanding of the market and is good at explaining things, which taught me a lot about not only the current (and maybe future) market, but also the real estate business in general. He is also very knowledgeable about potential problems, such as a leaky roof or outdated windows. Working with Lou was an absolute pleasure and I can't recommend him highly enough.
