Not only does he know everything there is to know about real estate, but also about all the possible concerns or red flags you should know about. In our experience, Howard Urbine is excellent in the listing, buying, selling, and transferring of real estate. What we mean by transferring is from the start to settle table the experience with him is flawlessly. As a realtor, Howard is with you 100% and you feel his presences the entire way. Problems do come up in the buying and selling process, Howard's knowledge and willingness to address these problems along the road is second to none in our experience. For anyone needing realtor services, from what we experienced with Howard, he answers the phone when you call him, if he is unable to answer the phone he will get right back with you. Howard is very advanced in technology which is necessary in the real estate process. Which is very important. It doesn't matter if he is listing a $ 15,000 property or a $ 700,000 property. He will go over and above and gets your property sold. The buying process, if your on the other end, the process is flawless as well. We have personally used Howard to buy and sell many Properties. Howard's customer service is OUTSTANDING.
