Trusting Maria with the sale of my home was the best decision I could have made. From beginning to end, from listing to closing she worked tirelessly above and beyond my expectations and I watched in amazement as she hired a photographer to take pictures of the house, while she took pictures of items that I wanted to sell and posted them on her website. This is our second experience dealing with Wendi and she has been nothing short of amazing! She made the process as painless as possible, kept us up to date and explained things in an easy way to understand! Lou is one of a kind - personable, professional, kindly, goes the extra mile. Lou and his team know the area and more importantly know the market, gauging when best to list, and how to list and stage, and everything in between. Lou was recommended to us and we're very thankful he was. Moving for us was very emotional but Lou somehow made it all OK - took the sting out. Lou accurately gauged market conditions and the positioning of our property and, ultimately, this translated into a very reasonable list/sale price. Throughout he was able to seamlessly work with the buyers and their agent as well as inspectors and professional service organizations to quickly complete a few requested fixes, through to closing.
