I was born and raised in Chester County PA, and I love it here! I raised my 3 children here and can't say enough about this beautiful county and the wonderful people who live here! I am the 10th of 13 children, being part of a big family has taught me leadership, compassion, determination, and how to focus in the midst of chaos! It has also taught me how to work as a team, and that we are stronger together. I'm very organized, confident and strive for excellence. I have 20 years’ experience as a Financial and Business Analyst. As such I’ve developed many processes that I use to ensure my clients can clearly see how the buying and selling process works. We are very grateful for Shirley Schofield guiding us through this difficult time. Shirley's skill as a real estate agent was essential! We had little time to prepare and sell our home. Shirley seen that and placed our house as coming soon, this gave us time to make ready and also allowed potential buyers to drive by and survey our house and property and that created a base of buyers before we listed our house for sale. Shirley also provided us with explanations of paperwork required and answered our questions. Shirley's responce was quick and informative. She is truly a proffessional! Our home was ready and sold with time to spare thanks to our realtor.
