Tait was referred to us and was nothing short of awesome to work with in helping us find and purchase our new home in Lakewood. My wife and I flew in from out of state for a weekend and Tait spent 3 days educating us on the Denver area and looking at homes. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, didn’t push anything, never gave a sense he had his own agenda, quickly understood our needs and the type of home we were looking for, and made the best use of our time. We were sure we’d have to make another trip, but found our home on our last day and it really was our home…we didn’t just ‘settle’ for something that hit some marks…our home hit majority of our ‘must haves’. Without going into all the details, Tait went above and beyond for us in navigating through several challenges that really weren’t his responsibility, all within a ‘quick close’ timeline. His level of professionalism was top notch throughout the process, and attention to detail / accuracy with the contract no less. We recommend Tait to anyone looking to buy a home, would undoubtedly work with him again if we were to ever be in a buying situation again, but don’t think that will be the case anytime soon.
