Randy is always available and he did all his best for closing the condo within 25 days. He is on top of every step through out the process from buying to closing. He got an eye for detail in the house, he can spot everything in a house and brings up during deal negotiation. Randy is best buyers agent for perfect closing of a house. He also got experience as listing agent, appraising a home etc., I highly recommend Randy because he is nicest, honest person.

Randyhad my confidence as not only is he a great Realator but an Appraiser and has a good working knowledge of how something should be built correctly. He always looked out for me and spoke to the construction managers and held them responsible to change any errors he saw. He is bold in negotiations and even got them to throw in a free fridge. I appreciated that he always answered. My calls or emails immediately. It was a great experience working with Randy. I suggest anyone to pick Randy as their relator to represent them.
