We were new to Colorado and had many questions. 0) They were very nice. We never felt as if we were being pushed to make a decision. 1) We were very impressed with their knowledge of the various communities and if asked something obscure they found the answers for us. 2) We were always kept up to date with current inventory and what had just hit the market. They were there for us! They took us to all the homes that met our criteria and to even others so we could compare. They always provided the info to the homes prior to our meetings so we could make the best use of our time. 3) When we found the property, they kept us abreast of the process and were knowledgeable of the fine details. Couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend.

We were not working with an agent and met Brian and Aimee when we had some interest in a house listed on Zillow. After a couple of outings with the two of them, we worked exclusively with Aimee and were impressed with her resourcefulness in getting intel about communities she didn't know, and her bulldog attitude in working on our behalf. She kept in touch with us when another agent might have thought we had stopped looking, but we zeroed in on our own community and started watching the market. One evening on Zillow, we spotted a promising new listing. Aimee got us in to see the house the next morning, wrote an offer for us that afternoon, and had us under contract the next day. Brian also consulted with us on mortgage rates and reassured us that we had a good offer from our bank. Selling, of course, was a lot easier! We were very happy with both transactions and feel fortunate that Zillow brought Aimee and Brian our way.

Lauren set the price on the selling of my home - I thought it was a little high but she assured me she knew what she was doing and she turned out to be right -- to my delight. (It sold in about a week!) She also tirelessly took me around to see many homes in my price range and after I put a contract on my new home, she stayed by my side and went above and beyond to help me get over problems with selling my old residence and issues with my mortgage on my new home. It all came together nicely because of her. I highly recommend her - she is a caring person who knows the real estate market in Colorado inside and out.

I live in KY and my mother lives in PA. My mom is retired and wanted to sell her property in Lake Forest, but could not take on the stress of all the comunicating and scheduling. So I started the contact with Ashleigh and explained the situation. She was very accommodating. We also had the added problem of tennants in the house and covid. With all these issues and complications Ashleigh communication and understanding was world class. Any house sale is stressful and being across the country just added to it. Hope just helped me close a deal today that we started prior to the covid shut down/quarantine and ramped back up in the last couple of weeks.
