Carol was able to expedite the sale of the home with professionalism and in an efficient way. She was able to contact contractors to get estimates for repairs before the house could be sold and was able to negotiate with those workmen to get a fair price. She was always available to call and ask questions on progress of the sale and closing. I would highly recommend Carol.

Carol provided outstanding assistance in every step of the selling process. She had excellent resources to prepare and stage our home with great attention to detail. She responded promptly to any questions we had and consistently displayed a patient and positive attitude. Very professional and personable, Carol exceeded our expectations in developing the sales brochure and providing 2 open houses. She coordinated a variety of appointments for service calls while we were out of state. Her expertise coupled with her can do attitude alleviated a significant amount of stress associated with selling our home.
