We met them for lunch and they explained the process. They came out to the house and did a walk-through and made some suggestions. As soon as the upgrades were completed the house went on the market. They communicated with us throughout the showing process with feedback on the showings. They were always available and returned text, calls, and emails with prompt timing. A couple of offers came in. We decided to go with one. They walked us through the closing process, and everything went very smoothly. Ray even helped us find parking for our 70' camper and trailer at closing. We would recommend Ray and Susan Feindt as your realtor!

Michelle is the 4th agent we have listed with to sell our home and she has immediately implemented new and fresh ideas to market and to show our home to its best advantage.
