Krista Reichow came HIGHLY recommended from a close friend of ours, and I have to say that she not only lived up this recommendation, but went above and beyond what we were expecting on all fronts. She talked to us as though she herself was buying the house. Pointing out red flags based on her experiences. VERY honest and she clearly did not have her own interest in mind, even when looking at more expensive houses. The whole process was new to me and my partner, and Krista made each step of the way easily digestable - specifically when it came to counter offers/objections, which we were not confident with. She used her personal and realtor experience to show us what's common and might be acceptable given our specific circumstances. There was no pressure in any direction, and she made us feel very empowered in the situation. Krista was extremely responsive when it came to communication and none of our deadlines were missed, even while she was on vacation!
