Kathy and Greg Beidler are exceptional real estate agents. They were very welcoming when it came to working with me even when I didn't have certainty about when I would be ready to buy a home. And as a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and a lot of unknowns, but they walked me through the entire process beforehand and reminded me of important pieces of information along the way. They explained the process of buying a home, signs of well taken care of homes to look for and valuable home features (for potential resale value) as we toured homes and really took note of what was important to me regarding my new home. Working with Atom was the ideal experience. It was so refreshing to have someone who appreciated all the characteristics that made our home special. Atom's extensive knowledge on mid-century modern homes, local history and architecture is so rare and admirable. He made a point to ask thoughtful questions from the beginning as to ensure we were all on the same page. And also took absolutely beautiful photos of our home that were beyond our expectations.
