If you need a realtor in the Denver market, Deanna Hass will exceed every one of your expectations. I was hesitant to list my home in the Fall, thinking most buyers purchase in the Spring/Summer. Deanna shared purchase data and rationale that made me feel comfortable listing in late September. She helped 'stage' my house with decorative items that made the house show like a model home. Hope did a good job looking out for me as a first time homebuyer by pointing out things in properties that I wouldn’t have noticed such as structural issues. She also went to bat for me when it came to the negotiation process and was able to get some closing costs covered on top of a rate buydown.
