We met Jessie initially over the phone since we lived out of state (military family). She took a great care to listen to our wants, needs, and concerns. When we finally did make the long trip to start looking at houses, it became very clear that Jessie was the perfect realtor for us. She was completely prepared and respected our wish list, as well as wants and needs for what will now be out “forever home”. At each showing, Jessie had housing information in hand for us to review as well as materials for us to take notes and reflect back on later. Halfway through a long day of house hunting, she broke out the snacks and drinks, which was a blessing to our two angsty preteens (and their tired parents)! She made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing because she was prepared for everything. She is very knowledgeable about the area and very “go with the flow” when it came to us changing our mind or feeling hesitant. She was also knowledgeable regarding VA home loans, and was happy to answer as many questions as we had, which was a lot! Finally, Jessie made it clear that as her clients, she was willing to go to bat for us, ask the hard questions, and make sure that our best interests were being taken into account.
When looking at homes, Jessie showed us things to look for that we, even as previous homeowners, would have never thought to look for. It was very clear to us that Jessie‘s priority was making sure that we got exactly what would be perfect for our family. Jessie has also followed up with us even after we have successfully bought our home to check in and make sure things are going smoothly and we have what we need, making it clear that we can call on her in the future. She has been an amazing blessing in helping us walk into the next part of our life with ease!
