Christine came highly recommended & I can tell why! She went above & beyond to help me find & close on our new home. I was out of state during most of our house search so almost everything was remote which is so much more work for a realtor. Christine did an excellent job coordinating things with the lender, seller's agent, & the inspectors so it was a very smooth process (other than a crazy picky underwriter but she was very helpful with that part, too!). My mom moved out of state and Kristi did an awesome job of communicating with her throughout the process of selling her condo. Kristi arranged for cleaning and replacing one appliance, got my mom's condo sold in one day, handled all of the paper work, set it up so I would get all of the electronic paper's since my mom didn't have internet yet.
